We have completely redesigned the user interface. Cloud Office is neat and tidy, making it more intuitive to use than Webmail.

Functional and practical

The e-mail thread view lets you see all contiguous e-mails so you never lose track of anything. Documents can be attached to e-mails simply by dragging and dropping them. Using portal widgets, you can design your own customized home screen with task lists, appointments and social media feeds such as Facebook, Twitter or LinkedIn. This way, all of the information you need for your daily work is available at a glance.

Always ready to respond

Hostpoint Cloud Office is responsive, meaning that the display adapts automatically to the screen size, regardless of which operating system or device you are using. All you need is an Internet connection and web browser.

E-mail settings now in Cloud Office

Everything in one place

You can now manage your e-mail address settings directly in Cloud Office. In addition to your mailbox, Cloud Office also offers settings for changing passwords, automatic replies, forwarding and the spam scanner. To do this, click on the gear icon at the top right and then on "Settings".

Are you already familiar with our e-mail and Cloud Office product range? Get your personal e-mail address with your own domain name or set up additional addresses as needed. Benefit from up to 100 GB of e-mail storage and up to 250 GB of Drive storage, as well as a host of other useful features and tools (calendar, address book, online document editing and much more).

For just CHF 2.- per month in the first year you can enjoy much more storage for e-mail and Drive, as well as other useful Cloud Office features. The offer runs until 2023-03-31.

Orders and upgrades can be placed by the owner of the Hostpoint account in the Hostpoint Control Panel.

Your Cloud Office Premium has had a major upgrade. The most important changes for you:

New name for your product
We've expanded our e-mail and Cloud Office product range. That's why your Cloud Office Premium is now called Cloud Office Business.
100 GB e-mail storage space
For your new Cloud Office Business, you now have 100 GB of e-mail storage space (previously 25 GB).
250 GB Drive storage space
Continue to back up, manage and share your business or private data. But Hostpoint Drive now gives you 250 GB of storage per user (previously max. 1 GB for the entire group)!
