[Enigmail] Enigmail v2.0 breaks split-gpg (Qubes OS)

Hi folks,

Enigmail v2.0 breaks split-gpg in Qubes OS.

Users have tried disabling autocrypt, PEP, encrypted subject lines,
nothing seems to be working. Please see thread for more details.
